My Design Approach
I use the Double Diamond framework as a foundation for solving design challenges. It helps me approach problems with clarity—first by exploring and understanding user needs, then by narrowing in on focused solutions. This process balances creativity with strategy, and encourages collaboration throughout, making sure the final outcome is both thoughtful and effective.

1. Research
I begin with user interviews, surveys, and desktop research to understand needs, analyze competitors, and gather insights. This foundation ensures user-centered solutions.
2. Problem Definition
I cluster insights to identify key themes, using user journeys and personas to clarify needs and guide effective design solutions.
3. Ideation & HMW
I explore solutions using HMW questions, Crazy 8s, and mind mapping, fostering creativity and diverse perspectives.
4. Prototyping & Testing
I create low-fidelity prototypes for early testing, gathering quick feedback to refine the design. User tests provide key insights for improvement before advancing to high-fidelity prototypes.
5. Iteration
I analyze feedback, refine the prototype, and test again, aiming for at least two iterations. As the design finalizes, I create a high-fidelity prototype to visualize the end result.
